Legal notice: copyright protection
All images remain the exclusive property of Jason Dean Photography. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these digital files beyond the purchased license terms, including use in AI or machine learning training or as source material for AI-generated images, will result in:
- Immediate cease and desist demand
- Invoice for commercial licensing fees (minimum $2,500)
- Legal action for copyright infringement
- Recovery of attorney fees and damages
Digital files are watermarked and tracked for unauthorized use.
